Senior PCB Design Engineer

About the Role

Lead the design and development of complex multi-layer PCBs for IoT and embedded systems. Work with cutting-edge technologies and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design complex multi-layer PCBs from schematic to production
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers
• Perform design reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Work with manufacturing partners to ensure quality
• Create and maintain design documentation
• Evaluate new components and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of PCB design experience
• Proficiency in Altium Designer or KiCad
• Experience with high-speed digital design (DDR, PCIe, USB)
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and testing
• Understanding of signal integrity and power integrity
• Experience with DFM and DFA principles

Nice to Have

• Experience with RF/wireless design
• Familiarity with FPGA integration
• Knowledge of automotive or medical device standards
• Experience with thermal management
